(Addressed to political leaders and public figures in the Central European region)

1. The Central European region faces significant threats from both outside and within
a) The international geopolitical situation is becoming increasingly unstable. The world—Europe included—faces a series of threats that endanger the international order. Let us mention just the threat of an escalating military conflict in the Middle East, the raging migration crisis, the looming economic crisis, and the overall weakness of the European Union.
b) In this context, it must be clearly stated that the individual small states of Central Europe cannot face these massive external threats on their own, but need some form of assistance.
c) Under pressure, our international partners are proving to be relatively unreliable. The U.S. is not afraid to abandon NATO. Western Europe is only interested in the ability to dictate to Central Europe, yet its potential current assistance is equally questionable. There is no rational reason to believe that, in the event of a military attack on our region, these countries from the West would send adequate forces here.
d) It is Brussels that is attempting to literally smuggle large numbers of migrants and people from third countries into our region, which in itself causes a crisis and a security threat. Brussels knows full well that multicultural policy in the west of the continent has completely failed, and yet it is brutally pushing it onto us in Central Europe. This body thus creates our problems rather than solving them.
e) There are also views that, due to the waning credibility of the United States, Germany is beginning to militarize heavily, which, however, is causing considerable unease among the French and Poles—meaning that there is a real threat of the European Union’s internal collapse. Central Europe must therefore also be prepared for this eventuality by strengthening its mutual ties.
2. Our declining demographics also favor unification
a) The countries of Central Europe are currently suffering from a severe demographic crisis. In Slovakia, the number of births in 2025 was the lowest in 100 years; in the Czech Republic, it was the lowest in 240 years. The situation is similar in Hungary, Austria, and Croatia.
b) The mortality rate of our nations exceeds the natural population growth; the Czech Republic recorded the lowest number of marriages since World War I, and half of them end in divorce. Other countries in the region are no better off.
c) Given such a declining population and the threats we face, the creation of a strong bloc of our countries is essential for the survival of our nations.
d) The Central European Union will also have to come up with a strong pro-family policy rooted in Christian principles of sacrifice, not in the destructive hedonism that came with atheism.
3. The mindset of the Central European region is clearly different from that of other parts of the continent
a) It is an indisputable fact that the mindset of people in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and even Austria is markedly different from that of people in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, or France.
b) As it turns out, in the long term, these differences will only increase rather than decrease, as the demographic composition of Western countries shifts to the detriment of the indigenous European population, while Central Europe will strive to defend itself against this threat.
c) For this reason as well, the closest possible cooperation among small Central European states appears to be a necessity. To protect our own nations, we must actively defend against the export of “Islamo-leftism” (the fusion of political Islam and progressivism) into our region. If they pressure us en bloc, we must defend ourselves en bloc as well.
4. The values of Central Europe are therefore different from those of Western Europe
a) Why did the western part of the continent end up in such a precarious situation in the first place? Because it completely abandoned its roots, which lie in Christianity.
b) The “values” of Western states are the “values” that Brussels is also pushing on us. These include atheism instead of Christianity, Islam instead of our own culture, abortion and euthanasia instead of pro-life values, LGBT ideology instead of the traditional family, and war with Russia instead of an honorable agreement with the Eastern superpower.
c) In other words: the West is clearly progressive, while Central Europe retains the values of conservatism.
d) Central Europe certainly does not suffer from a desire for its own euthanasia. Not only is it not ashamed of its past, but on more than one occasion it even takes pride in it. It recognizes that the fundamental building blocks of our civilization are Christian values, and it does not intend to ostracize the Christian religion but rather to support it.
e) Conservatism and Christianity can thus serve as a kind of common platform for defense against the suicidal trends from the West. They can also serve as a unifying element for our part of the world. Even though we differ linguistically, we have still retained our common sense and instinct for self-preservation—which cannot always be said of Western Europe.
5. Central Europe united into a single empire due to external threats
a) Why did Austria, Hungary, and Bohemia actually unite into a single empire? After the Battle of Mohács (1526), the rest of Hungary realized that it could not face the Turkish threat alone, so the estates elected Ferdinand of Habsburg as their ruler. For the same reason, the Czech estates also elected Ferdinand. Joint armies, generals, fortifications, and the unity of Central Europe ultimately saved Vienna, present-day Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and liberated present-day Hungary and other territories.
b) A united Central Europe subsequently successfully faced other threats as well: internal subversives, Napoleon, and revolutionaries from across the continent. It protected the nations of Central Europe from being incorporated into “Greater Germany” on one side and “Greater Russia” on the other.
c) After the fall of the Habsburg Empire, our states eventually—as if by God’s deserved punishment—fell under the influence of Nazi Berlin, then Communist Moscow, and today, for a change, are under the thumb of progressive and pro-Islamic Brussels. For a full hundred years, we have had no moment of peace from anti-conservative, anti-Christian empires.
6. Our current threat is the greatest in 500 years
a) The Nazi and Communist empires inflicted enormous damage on the souls of our people. However, the modern progressive pro-Islamic empire poses a threat unlike any seen before: the complete eradication of our nations from the face of the earth. According to mathematical statistics, white Britons will be a minority in their homeland by 2063, and white Canadians even sooner. The rest of the Western nations are set to follow.
b) The threat of the extermination of the small Central European Christian nations was precisely the reason why the remnants of Hungary joined a common union with the Austrian and Czech lands under the leadership of the House of Habsburg.
c) The unification of Central Europe proved to be a wise and far-sighted decision, thanks to which our nations still exist today. It may also be added that, as is evident, today’s European Union is the exact opposite of this “Central European Union,” which served as our security umbrella until 1918.
d) To this must be added the long-term stoking of the conflict in Ukraine by Brussels, Berlin, Paris, and London, which keeps open the possibility of a major war (World War III!) breaking out between the West and the East. Is anti-war Central Europe really willing to pay for Western Europe’s warlust with the destruction of its own cities? Wouldn’t it be better to unequivocally distance ourselves from such a political entity?
e) Thus, the policy of the European Union leads to both civil wars and a global war. To protect our nations, a strong Central European Union composed of the nations of the former Habsburg Empire must be established.
7. The House of Habsburg should also be offered a place of honor in this new Central European project
a) Louis Bourbon, a descendant of the French kings, has stated that he is “ready to serve” if the state asks him to. Today, he is viewed in France as one of the few public figures who does not polarize any of the existing political factions.
b) Some members of the Habsburg family could play a similar role—on the one hand, they do not ideologically exclude anyone, and on the other, they can act as a kind of glue for the Central European region, which, after all, they have been for all those centuries.
c) Involving the descendants of Blessed Charles Habsburg in the renewal of Central Europe could serve as a source of motivation and would also pay homage to the historical values of our part of the world.
d) The role of the Habsburg dynasty could be ceremonial, yet honorable. Certainly, someone like Elizabeth II could be a useful defender of conservative values at home and an excellent representative abroad.
8. Final Provisions
a) Politicians in Central European countries must clearly define what their primary task is—and that is the survival of their nations.
b) Political representatives must define how to achieve this historic goal—the protection of our own borders is paramount, along with a level-headed policy toward all parties, including the U.S. and Russia. But in the long term, these measures will not suffice, as pressure from Brussels, liberal elites, and their media will only increase, or the EU may even completely disintegrate, while the specific influence of Germany and Russia will grow.
c) Leaders of Central European countries should therefore agree on a project of the closest possible mutual cooperation, which should lead to the creation of a Central European Conservative Union as a counterweight to the liberal Brussels empire, or as a safeguard in an uncertain, crumbling world.
d) The main policy of the Central European Union will be the protection of its own ethnic nations, the preservation of Europe’s Christian heritage, and the promotion of peace. The long-term goal could then be the renewal of all of Europe.
